Don't like having my bank linked to ebay but apparently you have to for seller payouts?

Is there another safer way than having checking account or PayPal linked to ebay for seller payouts?

I just changed my checkout/purchases over to my CC and removed paypal or bank account for that. The main concern is if CC while linked to ebay gets compromised you're not held liable for fraudulent charges but if your bank or PayPal is hacked you can lose everything without recourse. So i switched Amazon purchases to CC now too instead of PayPal.
