Can there be role based queues for competitive?

As the title says, I have seen so many posts regarding people not switching off of DPS and it’s obnoxious. Can there be a way to queue into a specific role? I know that takes away from flexibility to adjust teams but perhaps they can make it a way that initially the queue is 2/2/2 but once the match starts people can switch off their role if the rest of the team agrees to it and votes on it?

Idk just spitballing some ideas
