OCI application in process - how long till e-OCI download link is available?

I have an OCI application in processing and currently the status on the dashboard shows "Granted". I had submitted my application just before the announcement of the e-OCI card. There is no download link yet for the e-OCI on the portal. I was wondering if anyone can give me a timeline of when your application status showed Granted and when you were able to download the e-OCI?
