My landlord keeps leaving tiny plants outside my door

I‘ve rented the same apartment for about a year. Every month or so, I find a small potted plant outside my door with no note. I recently learned from another tenant that it’s my landlord leaving them. He‘s never mentioned it, and no one else in the building seems to get them. I appreciate the gesture, but I’m starting to wonder if I should say something or just keep accepting them?
