Orgasm & Amfexa/ adderal Vyvanse

Hey ladies,
Anyone else not able to orgasm on this type of drug?

I am nearly almost there, thinking it’s happening and then nope. The only difference is that I started this med.

I am new to meds. Only in titration. But methylphenidate did not do this. I took Vyvanse for 3 weeks, hated it & felt terrible. Noticed I couldn’t orgasm on that but figured it was my general bad mood. Only 4 days into Amfexa (Dexamfetamine) and though I love the med itself I have the same issue.

Understand it’s a vasoconstrictor & this stuff happens. But if it did happen to you, did it get better after a while, when your body adjusted to the drug? I have a bit of urgency here because I’m in U.K. & our titration is super fast. In the next 2 weeks I have to be fully on board with one med at its best level for a year before I have another appointment.
