Mathematically Panther is Fine
Was curious about the math behind all the hate and frankly I'm not impressed. A 52% win rate isn't that bad and looking at match-ups he seems to be pretty fair. He loses to Mantis and Rocket pretty hard while beating the other supports but dive counters poke so that makes sense. Honestly surprised he beats Luna.
The point is he seems fine on paper. He does have a high ban rate which makes sense but honestly looking at this all they need to do is lower his dmg to need another dash to kill squishies and he'd be in a good spot. He wouldn't kill so fast as to be unreactable while still killing who he's supposed to counter.
