Overuse of ethanol (hand sanitizer)

Hey guys, i have been overusing supermarket ethanol 70% everyday.

I have been using 250ml of ethanol on my hands for the last year.

Instead of rubbing it i just let my hands soaking with it...

I really dont know what to do... it feels like im the only person in the world who has done this.

Now I noticed 3 new moles on my fingers and Im not sure if this came from it. I got a somewhat worrying health anxiety towards it and for the last week I haven't sleep properly or ate.

I feel like people woth contamination OCD would do this in different intensities... but I dont know.
