How to stop penbbs 469 from leaking?

Hi, I tried to bring my double headed Penbbs 469 outside and ofc 1 nib leaked ink inside the cap.

Is it somewhat unavoidable and one reason why double-headed pen is rare ?

Is there a way to prevent it?
