What things can be helpful to an MOT tester?

Advice

I was watching a car-related YouTube video last night and one of the people on it said to plug all the rear seatbelts in so the MOT tester doesn't have to reach around in the car to do it themselves.

This made me think - I often try and do things to make mechanics lives easier when the car is in for work, but I've never considered it for an MOT.

Any testers in the house that could suggest more things that would be useful?

I look forward to reading all the comments of "turn up with a roadworthy car" from people that haven't read this far.
