Rant / Female bachelor looking for a flat in Cleo or anything similar

Hi, I have been trying to find a flat for my younger sister and it has been genuinely exhausting. So far, in the name of finding flats - my parents and sister have spent an entire day with brokers (of which 6-7 hrs was just travel), have gotten conned on Facebook fnf group, been asked questionable things by brokers (with one literally telling me - madam, ek aur ladki aayi thi aise hi, uske bhai parents sab aaye the - phir usne suicide kar liya).

I have done this search for myself in Bangalore, and it was much simpler to find decent societies (Brigade, Prestige) and good neighborhoods. I don't know if it's just us or do such places not exist in Noida? The only decent society we were able to find so far was Cleo County but apparently they do not entertain bachelors. The brokers kept asking us to make the agreement in our name and just take "guarantee" of the future flatmates we would find. Some even suggested that we lie and say that my parents would live here just to appease the neighbours. I am a north Indian but have only worked in Chandigarh, Hyderabad and Bangalore. I never had to face such issues there. In fact, great aesthetic options.

On top of all this, we are vegetarian which just seems to narrow down the flatmate options. So we made peace with finding a 1 BHK but those are not available in the good societies. The office is in Film City Sector 16, and looks like there are no safe gated societies in that area. Are there any other societies like Cleo? Where do we go :"
