Advice on transferring to SG and Rotman Commerce from UTM

Incoming first year at UTM planning to do management and economics courses. I want to transfer to SG campus after first year but SG doesn’t have a standalone management major. They only have Rotman commerce. How likely is it for me to both transfer from UTM to SG and into Rotman commerce? Or should I do something else? Any advice?
