International Points Plus Upgrades: Selecting both Polaris and Premium Economy - which clears first?

Hi All, I’m flying from MXP -> ORD in a couple days and am first in the upgrade list for both Polaris and Premium Economy. There are >3 seats available for each. Assuming no last minute bookings, would my Polaris upgrade or the premium plus upgrade clear first?

If I want to prioritize Polaris, is it better to remove my upgrade request for both, and re-submit for just Polaris?
