Does faint lines always mean CP?

I’ve had faint lines Wednesday 7/8 to today 7/13 AM with one exception Wednesday 7/8 mid day. I’ve gone theorist so many tests (FRER, clear blue all early detect) and tested multiple times of day including always first morning urine. I ovulated around 6/26-6/27 because we had sex 6/25 but my last period was 6/3 and I was tracking hormones and LH wasn’t high until last week of June. My HCG quant test was only 18 on 7/9. I’ve got no cramping or bleeding and 90% of me has come to terms that it’s likely chemical but 10% is holding out hope bc the faint lines won’t go away despite having such a low number on 7/9. I’m getting bloodwork again 7/17 bc we’re currently away on vacation :( it’s consuming me. I had initial bloating and heart burn that resolved Saturday but yesterday started noticing breast tenderness and was wondering if maybe I’m defying the odds or it’s just coincidence.
