Cleaning mechanisms

Does anyone know how to pop out the bearings inside the back axel to clean and grease them? I've got squeaky wheels right now lol. It's a kuschall with quick releases if that helps, I've cleaned and greased the parts I can get to, but its the internal rings I can feel are giving some resistance when I stick my finger inside and twist.
