Working Student earning around 50k to 60k a month

TLDR: I am a working student earning approximately 50k to 60k per month as a sales agent. I am about to graduate in a few weeks and am looking for career advancement. Where should I start when I want to look for "better" companies/industries that offer higher salaries?

I work as a sales agent in the automotive industry, but no, I don't sell cars. I have been working in this industry since my 3rd year in college, and I've been here for 2 years now. I am at the stage of my life where I am looking for a change, an advancement. 2yrs na rin kasi ako nandito and ggraduate na rin ako, siguro it's time to level up.

The dilemma is, I know my salary is kinda above average for a working student and a fresh grad, kaya medyo nahihirapan ako where to start looking for opportunities that pays better. Ayoko naman na lumipat ng company with a lower pay because tbh, nothing's wrong naman sa current employer ko. Masaya ang environment and very healthy.

However, there's no ladder to climb. if you want to level up, either dapat mag resign yung nasa current position or mag-expand ang company to open a higher position. The company kasi is a medium enterprise, but it pays well naman.
