Pregnancy while grieving

It’s been a bit over a year since my sister passed. I recently found out I was pregnant. One of the first things to have hit me after her passing was she was never going to be here to be an aunt. She would never know my kids. I feel like since finding out it’s reopened all of the wounds. I miss her so much. This isn’t fair, she should be here experiencing this with me.
Anyone else become pregnant while grieving? If so, any advice on how to deal with the extra emotions and grief? I feel like the smallest things set me off again.
