Currently in EV/IV - Is there even a proper use-case for the Magnetic Flux Exhibitor?

For me it seems to do the same stuff as a centrifuge for dusts, am I missing out some proprietary use cases which cannot be handled by any other machine typ than an electromagnetic separator?
