Profile review Should i start preparing for cat/mah-cet/xat with this profile

Hi guys i am 21m just graduated this year coming to my profile I got 92 per in 10 th and 53 per in 12 th and I had an academic setback in my 12 th i failed in my maths in 12 th and then passed next year and I had done b.com in a local college and graduated with 8.24 cgpa and i completed(Company secretary) Executive level cs executive and now want to do mba in a tier 1 college or b school i belong to oc general male category so i have 2 questions please answer as I have no one to ask rather than here

1. If i score a very high percentile in cat will iims (BLACK) or fms delhi give me admission and let me in to do mba finance.

2. If i get in a top iims or any top college at the time of placements will i face any problem or is there any chance I may get unplaced.
