Swapping out OS

Hey all, Im gonna install dArkos on my r36s clone, which came with its own SD card and custom os.

If anything goes wrong with dArkOS, within I'm installing on a separate SD card cna I just remove it and replace with the stock SD card and go back to normal?

I cannot afford the device bugging out.
