HELP NAT TYPE.

My buddy got a strict NAT type so we can’t play together ( we bought the game to play together mostly ) and every fixes doesnt work because he’s also on mobile hotspot. One thing it might work is changing APN from android setting but we are noobs in that .. any one can help us ? Or anyone ever had this problem ? Any other advice is appreciated, thanks. :)
