GTA IV On 2015 Macbook Pro

Hi everyone, I noticed GTA IV is on sale on steam and was wondering if it was worth buying. I have a 15" 2015 Macbook Pro with a 2.2ghz i7 processor (quad core) and 16gb of ram. I know it's a long shot as the fans will almost certainly sound like a helicopter but will it run sorta smoothly on low graphics settings? I have windows 11 installed via boot camp. Thanks in advance.
