acoustic guitar service

I don't even k now if service is the right word, but repair is too strong, but basically the issue on my guitar is the high e string rings through on every chord I play and now its all I can hear. If you look along the strings, it sits lower (closer to the fret board) than the other 5 so that could be the issue, but I want to find someone who can fine tune this for me!
