Outlaw Rogue

Am i the only one that wonders if when we can pull 1 gun out to shoot how come we cant pull 2 out to shoot.. and how come we cant just switch to dual wielding 2 guns instead of still having swords out when out of range of enemy. Am i to believe we arent imagining this scenario is possible? and why wouldnt blizzard want this or do they :)?
