ISB PGP Profile Review

Hi, can you guys please give me an honest review of my profile for ISB PGP, and what I should focus on?

- 9/9/8 (class 12 school topper if that makes a difference)
- finance professional with 2 years workex, 2 years 9 months by March 2026 (not front end though)
- fasttrack promotion in 1.5 years
- tier 1.5 UG (commerce)
- exchange semester in europe in second year of college
- not a lot of extracurriculars but was a part of rotaract club for 2 years (2020-2022)
- planning to take GRE with an aim of 328-330
- aiming to apply in R1

Are there any obvious red flags in my profile and what should I work on?

Thanks!
