Moving a piano to a Burnaby highrise has anyone done this? Floor 18, small elevator. Looking for advice not sales pitches.

Has anyone here moved a piano into a Burnaby highrise before? I’m on the 18th floor, and the elevator is pretty small, so I’m trying to figure out what’s actually realistic before I commit to anything. It’s not a grand piano, but still heavy and awkward. Did you need strata approval, elevator padding, special booking, or anything like that? Mostly looking for real experiences, tips, or things you wish you knew beforehand. Not looking for sales pitches.
