review of PCPS COLLAGE, lalitpur

Hey everyone, I'm trying to decide between PCPS College (Kupondole, Lalitpur) and Islington College (Kamal Pokhari) for a BSc in Computing/Computer Science. Planning to eventually go abroad (open to US, UK, Europe, wherever works out — Masters or work, haven't locked it in)
