How to process ASCPi application??

Hello po fellow katusoks, I am planning on taking the ASCPi exam this August, nakagawa na ako ng account sa ASCP website pero medyo unsure ako with what route to pick. I have 2 years experience working na as a RMT, initially i filled out the route 1 form; I was told na PRC ID and TOR lang ang need na iupload pero under the training tab sa route 1 application TOR palang nafill out ko and i haven't seen a tab or option asking for PRC ID. Medyo nalilito lang po ako and wala akong ibang matanungan. Paano po ba yung application process for this? Thank you so much po sa makakahelp.
