Aftermarket Headlights NCT

As the title says, I picked up some aftermarket headlights for my car. They are fully aligned and RHD but they don’t include the e-mark as they were shipped from China as the European store didn’t have the RHD available at the time (VLAND).

Just wondering if anyone’s had an instant fail on the NCT with aftermarket lights with no E. Seeing if i’m better off just switching back to the OEM ones before the NCT.
