How to pick a dental vendor in Turkey if you have massive dental phobia?

I’m at the point where I need a full reconstruction, but I am terrified. Like, hands-shaking-and-crying-in-the-chair terrified. I’ve had horrible experiences with dentists in the past who were judgmental and cold.

When choosing a vendor in Turkey, how can you tell if the staff is actually patient and kind? I don't want to be just another mouth on the assembly line. I need a team that won't roll their eyes when I get a panic attack. Has anyone found a clinic where the vibes is actually warm and supportive, rather than just 'corporate' and clinical?
