Can't leave?

I will put the whole thing in spoilers for the sake of people reading as I read someones post/title yesterday and it ruined the ending a little 🤣... WARNING SPOILERS FOR LAST EPISODE. ETC.

!So basically the bells at the end was the 8 people who died and satisfied the islands demon/devil/covenant thing....!<

!Now the question for you guys is, Evan still can't leave the island? Why? Because he is a descendant, can anyone else leave? Or its only him?!<

!After the curse is sleeping, it doesnt mean that they can have a trip to Boston and see the red sox game and return back?? 🫠!<
