was anyone else’s financial aid reduced?

my SAI for the 25-26 school year was 2585, and this year it’s at 1500. it dropped, but my financial aid award amount was reduced. i was receiving the pell grant, cal grant, state university grant, and middle class scholarship for 25-26, meanwhile for 26-27, i’m only receiving the pell grant, which isn’t enough to cover my tuition for the upcoming year. is this happening to anyone else, and is there anything i can do ?
