I have not been on toilet for 2 weeks now, bad constipation. Its because im on opioid replacement.

So its been 2 weeks since i was on toilet. I feel so full. And biggest part is i am scared going on the toilet bc the poop is so big and hard that it hurts like hell.

The opioid replacement make bad constipation.

what should i do?
