We need a hunter npc

I think that It would have been awesome if there was an armed npc traveling the map and shoot player on sight. He travels the map and doesn't stay in any region. Always walking. He sometimes leaves tracks of his presence. A campfire, or a dead animal or an empty can. He doesn't go inside the buildings. Players could kill him and get some limited high tier loot. It doesn't matter how often you would confront him. Just the fear of somebody out there is enough.
