Why are these bots so obsessed with making up their own things about a character

Literally anytime I mention an angel character (mostly Hazbin Hotel), the bot says they have golden eyes

They also get the relationship of characters wrong, like I was talking to a bot of Cosmo I made from Dandy's World and my persona was Ginger.....he said "Babygirl"

He fucking called Ginger "Babygirl" even though I clarified they were cousins

I just wanna know why they make things up so much
