Meteorite impacts can block traders?

me in the ladder down to the trader... blocked by suevite impact rock

As per the title - I just found a REALLY unlucky trader that seems to have been hit by a meteorite!

Sadly, he won't let me dig him out - says that rock belongs to him, and to leave it where it is. I can't reach him now.

Alright then, trader! Starve down there, I guess?
