I think I fked up my career and need advice.

I am currently 20 years old and in my 3rd and final year of bba and i have realised that i am not interested in going into management and accounting field it is just too overwhelming for me. And i don't have much interest in it. But i have realised this a little too late i am a single child I can't live off my parents forever also they have a home loan on them that i have to take care of in 3 to 4 years. i genuinely wants to do something in the field of IT but because of my commerce background i am not eligible for maximum of those and neither i am btech cs. I am genuinely confused as fuck what to do with my life i am just wasting my semester break and being in dilemma and in constant regret of not taking science. I genuinely don't know which career options are available for me except management that pay decently.
