If you had $2000 and time to learn and study a side hustle, what would you go for?

Got my vacation check coming, and looking to invest in a side hustle after my 9-5. I’ve thought of junk hauling with a trailer hitch id buy, car detailing which I’ve studied but have heard is over saturated, and also just simple house cleaning which is inexpensive startup but also competitive in my area. Any ideas?
