No channel working.. I can log in and browse channels but nothing working.. tried multiple dns and url from the seller

I can log in into the account and browse the channels but I can’t play any channel..
Tried all the dns urls from the seller and a vpn and restarted the router ..but nothing happens

The problem is automatically solved on its own after a while..

What could be the problem???
