Buying a residential plot

AOA Sargodhians,

I am an overseas Pakistani planning to buy a residential plot in Sargodha city. Could someone please guide me on which housing society would be the best option, considering that I plan to return and live there in a few years?

I would appreciate any suggestions or advice.

Thanks!
