Will having a UAN/PF affect my LTIMindtree GET joining?

Hi everyone,

I have accepted an LTIMindtree Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) offer but haven't received my joining date yet.

In the meantime, I joined a startup, and my HR has asked me to create a UAN. I'm not sure whether they'll also start PF contributions.

Will having a UAN/EPF record cause any issues with LTIMindtree onboarding or background verification later? Has anyone been in a similar situation?
