CSAB medical certificate

I have my previous year csab medical certificate which was verified by CSAB and most probably the format is the same this year too.

If I over write the 5 in 2025 to 6 which makes 2026 then will there be any problem (doing this cuz the process of getting medical certificate is really bad here )

Also should I make one backup medical certificate from Pvt MBBS doctor?
