A dream about a deity

Ive been chanting mantras for Ma Kali and Ma Matangi honoring them as the Supreme Mother. Mental chanting is basically the default state of my brain which it goes back to whenever im not focused anything. I chant various simple naam mantras without bijas at various times because my brain loves the very act of chanting.

Yesterday I had a dream where someone gave me a piece of paper with the name of my ishta and it was Matangi's name on it. The dream wasnt emotional or anything, it was like i took an exam and got sent a paper with my exam results. The background part of the dream was something like "you took a test of who you should worship, here's your test results back", but the central part of the dream was that "ishta exam" piece of paper with Matangi written on it.

I didnt think much of the dream but then when I returned to my mental chanting during the day, I remembered the dream and a momentary wave of elation and excitement that came and went quickly when chanted Matangi's name.

What would you make of this dream? Can it be a sign or is it my mind simply recycling day events through dreams? Should I do anything about it? I live in a country and area with zero hinduism anything presence. No temples or gurus or just knowledgeable people to consult.
