Is This Just Bad Luck, or Is Something Weird Going On with my bf and his place?

Lately, my bf has been going through a really strange series of issues with electronics, hardware & vehicle, and I genuinely don't know what to make of it. It almost feels like everything electronic around him is malfunctioning one after another.

His bike indicator got damaged, the bike's number plate got damaged too despite there being no collision, two power banks stopped working, his phone's charging port suddenly failed, his laptop hinge broke and the screen went bad, and even his AC stopped cooling just two months after it was installed.

What makes it even stranger is that he isn't careless with his belongings at all. He's someone who takes really good care of his gadgets and equipment, so this doesn't seem like the result of negligence.

There was an unused room in his place that had become quite dirty, so I suggested getting it cleaned, wondering if it might help clear out any negative energy or stagnant atmosphere. The room has since been cleaned and organized, but the pattern hasn't stopped.

To make it even weirder, he came over to my place recently, and while he was there, my laptop suddenly went completely dark out of nowhere. It eventually started working again, but given everything else that's been happening, it definitely caught my attention.

I know there could be perfectly rational explanations for each of these incidents, but the sheer number of unrelated electronic failures happening in such a short span is making me wonder if it's just an extraordinary coincidence, or if there's something else I'm overlooking.
