Ford fiesta Mk4 leaking water under the glovebox when AC is on

Hello

My old fiesta always had this problem, I've been to a mechanic who told me he cleaned the drain, but the AC still drips a lot of water under the glovebox

Has anyone had a similar experience? May the drain tube be plastic-rotten due to old age?
