Been building a 360° virtual tour business for real estate in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai for the past 5 months, looking for some honest feedback before I launch

For the last five months, I've been building a business around 360° virtual tours for residential and commercial properties in Mumbai. I'm almost ready to launch, but before I do, I wanted to get some honest opinions from people who work in real estate or have recently bought or rented property.

The idea is pretty simple: I handle everything from start to finish.

I'd visit the property with a 360° camera, capture every room and important space, stitch everything together, and create a complete interactive virtual tour. Once it's processed, the client gets a shareable link that they can send to buyers, post on property portals, WhatsApp, social media, or embed on their own website.

The tours aren't just a bunch of 360° photos. Buyers can actually move through the property room by room, look around in every direction, and explore it almost like they're walking through it in person.

Some of the features are:

• Interactive walkthrough with navigation between rooms.
• High-resolution 360° images.
• Floor plan integration so buyers know where they are in the property.
• 3d floor plan ( doll house)

• Agent badge
• Information hotspots for things like room details, amenities, or specifications.
• Mobile, tablet and desktop compatibility.
• Easy-to-share link with no app download required.
• Analytics showing how many people viewed the tour and how long they spent exploring.

My hope is that this helps agents spend less time on viewings with buyers who aren't genuinely interested, while also making it easier for out-of-town buyers and NRIs to shortlist properties before travelling.

That said, I know it's easy to build something you think people want, and much harder to build something they'll actually pay for.

So I'd really appreciate your thoughts.

I'd rather hear the hard truth before launching than find out afterwards.
