2027 charging issues

The car charges with zero issues at a Tesla station. At home, I have it hooked up to a 240 outlet. Breaker isn't tripping, but the car charging keeps going on and off. It eventually will charge, but often takes 4 or 5 tries throughout the day to get it to finally charge. Sometimes I get a lock error, sometimes it's a power error. Anyone else having issues or thoughts on fixes? Do I need a new cord? Thanks!
