Is there a definitive guide to specifically the affinity chart? I've seen conflicting reports.

I've found like 10+ different guides online and seemingly over the years new links in the chart have been found that prior guides missed. I just wondered what is the one that people like to use now as their main source of guidance. I do know that you will require at least 2 runs due to exclusive/mutual links that lock others away but is there a definitive guide that covers literally every link?
