FPS Drop on Ps5

I have played rdr2 for 1000+ hours on a ps5 and only in these past few days have a experienced extreme lag especially when you run or ride a horse. It used to work fine before or is it just in my head, I also tried in on 2 screens, was the same on both, any suggestions or setting to change? I think its an fps drop, i play on a disc.
