Amazon / SereneLife UPOS status

I managed to order one of these from Amazon on July 7th, a UPS label was created on the same day and originally it was supposed to arrive on July 17th. The delivery date got moved up to today, but UPS tracking still shows 'label created' and nothing about the order moving through their system or being ready for delivery. Anyone else had the same issue?
