Looking for advice as a data engineer

Hi all I am a data engineer by company title (never actually worked with sql or other data tools) with 2 years of experience in ai but I want to switch to data engineering role permanently hence looking for advise on what should be my minimum knowledge skill as a 2 year old data engineer in order to crack a new job I know sql, python, orchestration, cloud, etl are some important topics but the real question is how much in depth knowledge is required compared to years of experience
